Re: Obama and Keeping Tires Inflated
In response the anti-Obama sentiments expressed after his “inflate your tires” statement (see here) I was going to crunch a few numbers and see what it came out to. It turns out, however, that Jake Tapper already did that. Find his intelligent and calm response on his blog on ABC News.

The comments depress me too. If there is one thing I’ve learned about a democratic society, it is that you should never underestimate the power of masses of stupid people to make poor decisions based on faulty logic or just plain fallacies.
Ah well, I guess the alternative is to have one person in power making the stupid decisions. That doesn’t seem to work very well either.
