Today I made the wonderful discovery that the interrobang is, in fact, an official Unicode symbol. To be precise, it is U+203D. There is also symbol U+2E18, the inverted interrobang. If you need official proof, see the Unicode chart. This is officially one of the coolest puncuation marks:
