However, I find double clicks extremely useful. I use many of them every day, and it&#039;s not for opening files. I used double clicks to select words/phrases, or triple clicks to select entire paragraphs. Sure, I could get along without double clicks, but it would be about as annoying as doing everything without using keyboard shortcuts.]]></description>
